It's Just My Imagination

My fitness really affects my mood! How, unrelated that is but. well its somehow evident.

Especially the 3 80s that we did before the impending storm. From the start, " let's go" , til the end, I felt powerful. ( shikes! ) Loaded and ready to blast. I gotta gotta gotta gotta train hard.

I have to feel ashamed! For slamming high expectations and deeming them impossible. How, unworthy. What a disrespectful way of responding. Sigh, oh come on, down days are over. Get up on your feet. 10 times of "stadium steps" can get your gluteas aching like shit. But 10 times of " stadium steps" will and must be something that you will look back and deem a child's play.

You would run the couple of miles in a couple of footsteps
Take breaths so long and deep that they last you over and over
Not let any passing runner step on any puddle which will wet you and dampen your spirit
Power every step like they would contribute to your lifespan
Head for the finishing line like , you were born to do it.

Must not be afraid of hardships
Every drip of sweat would translate to the number of pats on your back you will receive
Every complete training would translate to the smile of satisfaction from your coach
Every race you run would be another shot of adrenaline for the next
Every race you win would allow the light you garner towards, come nearer

Everyone's training their asses off.
Esp the b'ball girls. Running in the rain like its their mission. - Salute -
Well! We certainly could have too =]

I am extrinsically motivated. I need to say all these outloud. So that they would COME IN, instead of letting them float around ( for they would serve as ineffective Intrinsic motivation SHRUGS)

And. To all kids out there.
Please don't make your moms angry.
Don't.
